Which lever first?

Three disciplines, three triggers, three paths — side by side, so you don't have to guess.

01 / Build

Build.

Typical trigger
Code that won't scale — or a solution that doesn't exist yet.
Engagement type
Fixed team, fixed price or T&M.
Time horizon
8 weeks to 12 months.
First result after
Clickable MVP or architecture proposal after ~3 weeks.
What you bring
A product idea or an existing system with pain points.

02 / Grow

Grow.

Typical trigger
Pipeline stalled, brand fading, CRM is dead weight.
Engagement type
Multi-month engagement with clear KPIs and an owner.
Time horizon
3 to 9 months.
First result after
First campaign or funnel audit after ~4 weeks.
What you bring
Access to data, channels, and the CRM system.

03 / Lead

Lead.

Typical trigger
Project about to derail, or a key mandate is unfilled.
Engagement type
Interim mandate or programme steering with mandate.
Time horizon
3 to 12 months, almost always with a defined handover.
First result after
Situation report and stabilisation plan in 2 weeks.
What you bring
Stakeholder mandate and decision authority.
Common combinations

How the disciplines work together.

No real project is single-discipline. Here are the four shapes we deliver most often — and the reason clients pick us over single-skill specialists.

  • Build × Lead

    Architecture roll-out with steering.

We build the system and run the programme — one hand on the code, one at the stakeholder table. No translation loss between tech team and steering committee.

  • Grow × Build

    Marketing stack rebuilt from scratch.

Headless website, tracking, CRM connection and performance campaigns as one delivery context — not three islands with three invoices.

  • Lead × Grow

    Crisis as reset moment.

When sales and product drift apart, our interim mandate re-synchronises both and aligns them on the same number.

  • All three

    Greenfield to market launch.

Discovery, technical execution, go-to-market and clean handover — one accountable team across the full distance instead of three contracts.

Frequently asked

What clients ask before the first call.

The questions we hear most often — answered short and honest.

  • Q. 01Can we engage just one discipline?

Yes. Each of the three disciplines is bookable on its own. Most of our mandates start with a single discipline and grow into a second one only when it's needed — never the other way around.

  • Q. 02How does pricing work?

We work with fixed price (for clearly scoped packages), day rate (interim and advisory mandates) and in select cases with success-based components. Concrete numbers come in the first call after we see the scope.

  • Q. 03Do you work remote or on-site?

Both. Default is remote-first with regular on-site days for steering, workshops and handovers. Pure on-site mandates are possible but change the day rate.

  • Q. 04How long does a typical project take?

Build: 8 weeks to 12 months. Grow: 3 to 9 months. Lead: 3 to 12 months, almost always with a defined handover point. Discovery engagements wrap in 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Q. 05Do you transfer knowledge to our team?

Yes — it's part of every mandate. Hand-over-ready documentation, code walkthroughs, onboarding for successors and a defined exit date are standard, not an add-on.
